Our brief was to capture the essence of dining at Cromlix – from the artistry of the dishes to the atmosphere of the brasserie itself. We photographed a series of food plates that reflect the seasonal, locally sourced menu in the light-filled conservatory setting. The resulting images highlight both the detail and vibrancy of the food, as well as the relaxed, elegant environment in which it is enjoyed.
